Terms of sale and licence
These terms cover the printable packs sold on learnwith.games. The games and free worksheets stay free and need no account.
Who sells the packs
Packs are sold through Onelink, Stripe’s checkout service, which acts as the merchant of record. That means Onelink is the seller for the payment: it takes your payment, calculates and pays any VAT, GST or sales tax due where you live, sends your receipt and handles payment questions and disputes. Your receipt and bank statement will say “Sold through Onelink”. Onelink’s own terms apply to the payment, and are shown at checkout. learnwith.games makes the packs, provides the download and looks after any problems with the content.
Prices
Prices on this site are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. At checkout you may see the price in your local currency, with tax included or added as your country requires. The checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
Delivery
Packs are digital downloads (PDF files). Straight after payment you are taken to a download page. Keep that page’s address: it lets you download your files again. If you lose it, email us with the email address you used at checkout and we will send a new link.
Cancellations and refunds
Packs are digital content that you can download straight away. Under UK consumer law, the usual 14-day right to cancel can end once you start downloading digital content that you asked to receive immediately. We still want you to be happy: if a file won’t download, has a mistake, or isn’t what you expected, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Onelink. Your legal rights are not affected.
Licence
The packs are protected by copyright. When you buy a pack you get a licence to use it, as follows.
- Family licence: for use by the buyer’s own household. You may print as many copies as your family needs.
- Classroom licence: for one teacher (or tutor) with their own class or classes, or their own pupils, in one school or setting. You may print, photocopy and display the sheets for those pupils.
With either licence you may not share, upload, email or sell the files (or copies of them) to anyone else, put them on a shared drive, website or learning platform that others can access, or remove the copyright notices. A school that wants every teacher to use a pack should buy a classroom licence for each teacher, or email us about a whole-school licence.
Content and curriculum
We check every question with automatic tests before release, and match each topic to the National Curriculum in England. If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will fix it and send you an updated file.
